A client resting during a calm counselling session

Panchami is a client-centred counsellor with a Master’s degree in Counselling and Level 3 registration with the Australian Counselling Association. She also brings more than 15 years of experience as a Registered Nurse in Australia.

Her clinical background spans emergency, surgical, psychiatric, paediatric and community health settings. This experience has shaped a deep appreciation for the relationship between mind and body, including the ways emotional stress, unresolved trauma and prolonged life challenges can be experienced physically.

Panchami draws on evidence-based therapeutic approaches and tailors sessions to each individual, creating a safe and empowering space to build self-awareness, resilience, clarity and confidence.
